"Nothing beats chicken pie, it's one of our favourite comfort foods. This recipe requires to roast a whole Sutton Hoo Chicken, which you can cook the night before or cook a larger chicken for your Sunday roast and use the leftover meat. Make a delicious stock from the carcass and leftover bones, to use in your chicken pie. Serve with mashed potato and vegetables."

A wonderful clean and elegant Pinot Noir from the Languedoc in France. Full of ripe red berry fruit. A delicious spring/summer drinker and will be superb with the chicken pie or a bit of spring lamb.
